I Loved how my shower was ready for me it was really clean . I do suggest that not only clean the shower but the handle rail in the shower had where it is attached to the shower had gunk on it , just they way you would have that at home but please take the time to clean that bc as I took a wonderful shower I couldn’t stop looking at it . Other than that everything was wonderful and I had a late check out bc I was literally glued to their comfortable beds . This hotel is definitely on one of my I feel comfortable visiting the city using this hotel list . Staff was awesome from check in- to check out , just very pleasant till the point I wrote a review and this is my first review ever. It was the ppl that sold it for me . My room wasn’t quite ready when I arrived at 3:43 however the way the team hustled and stayed calm and collected was awesome, and it was perfectly clean when I got inside .

The location was excellent! The hotel is just off of Interstate 85 and directly across the bridge from Concord Mills and a variety of restaurants and other shopping options! Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The beds were some of the best I have every slept on while traveling! We also loved the high water pressure in the shower and the complimentary Dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, as well as Dove body soap! Breakfast was delicious and well-stocked with hot and cold items. Overall a great experience.

this stay was great. If you love to shop then this is the place for you anything you could want to shop for or eat is within 5 minutes or less. we went to a concert at PNC and this location was great for that as well. the staff was so nice and room was great. the whole hotel smells good and clean. i recommend this hotel and I hope to be back soon!

Absolutely loved the shower. It's one of the first things I rate on. Great water pressure. Shower gets and A+. Towels only a B+, but still better than average. And the breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel. Hot and plentiful.
